Trustees are empowered to accept donations, invest funds, manage accounts, and borrow if necessary. They can appoint new trustees, acquire or manage properties, and collaborate with other charitable organizations. No trustee shall gain personal profit except for reasonable remuneration for services rendered.
The Trust is irrevocable and bound by compliance under the Income Tax Act. Meetings are held quarterly, decisions are taken by majority, and audits ensure financial transparency. On dissolution, funds and assets are transferred only to registered charitable institutions.
